These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User", "Player", "you") and Novibet ("we", "us", "the Platform", "novibet.casa"), governing your access to and use of all services, products, and features made available through the Novibet website located at novibet.casa and any associated mobile or web applications.

Novibet operates as an online betting and casino platform serving players in Malaysia. Our services include sports betting, live casino gaming, slots, lottery, arcade games, and poker, all denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and accessible to eligible players across Malaysia, including Kuala Lumpur, Penang, Johor Bahru, Petaling Jaya, and Shah Alam.

By registering an account, making a deposit, placing any wager, or otherwise accessing any part of the Novibet platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agreed to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms and Conditions, you must not use or access our services.

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following definitions apply:

To register and maintain an Account on the Novibet Platform, you must satisfy and continue to satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

1. Age Requirement. You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times while using the Services. Novibet does not permit gambling by persons under the age of 21 under any circumstances.
2. Legal Capacity. You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract. Persons under legal guardianship, persons who have been declared legally incompetent, or persons otherwise lacking full legal capacity are not eligible.
3. Single Account. Each individual is permitted to hold only one active Account. Registering or operating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances.
4. Accurate Information. All registration information you provide must be truthful, accurate, and complete. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information and must update it promptly if any details change.
5. Not a Restricted Person. You must not be an employee, contractor, consultant, agent, or family member of Novibet or any related entity. Employees of service providers with access to non-public platform information are also ineligible to hold Player accounts.
6. Not Self-Excluded. You must not be subject to any active self-exclusion period under Novibet's Responsible Gambling programme or any recognised third-party self-exclusion scheme.

To access Novibet's Services, you must complete the registration process by providing your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Malaysia, a valid email address, and a secure password. You must ensure all information submitted during registration is accurate and up to date.

4.1 Identity Verification (KYC). As part of our obligations and to protect the integrity of the Platform, we will require identity verification before processing any withdrawal request. Acceptable documents include a valid Malaysian identity card (MyKad), Driver's Licence, or Passport, along with supporting proof of address dated within the preceding three months. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time upon request may result in Account suspension.

4.2 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. You must not share your password with any third party. Novibet will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by your failure to adequately protect your login details. You must notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account.

4.3 Account Currency. All Accounts on the Novibet Platform are operated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). All deposits, wagers, bonuses, and withdrawals are conducted in MYR. Novibet does not charge currency conversion fees on MYR-denominated transactions.

By using the Platform, you agree to access and use the Services solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes in accordance with this Agreement. You must not use the Platform for any commercial purpose or on behalf of any third party without our express written authorisation.

5.1 Permitted Use. You are permitted to access the Platform, register one Account, deposit funds, place bets, play games, and withdraw winnings subject to the terms set out herein. All actions must be undertaken by you personally, using your own funds.

5.2 Software and Technology. You agree not to use any software, algorithms, artificial intelligence, bots, scripts, or automated systems to interact with the Platform in any way that provides an unfair advantage or circumvents the intended operation of any game or betting market.

5.3 Platform Availability. Novibet endeavours to maintain Platform availability at all times but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to suspend Services temporarily for maintenance, upgrades, or reasons beyond our reasonable control without prior notice.

Novibet accepts deposits via a range of payment methods approved for the Malaysian market. Supported methods include Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, and direct bank transfers via Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and Hong Leong, as well as Visa, Mastercard, and select cryptocurrencies including Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Tether (USDT), and Litecoin (LTC).

6.1 Deposit Conditions. All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits made using accounts belonging to third parties will be reversed and may result in Account suspension. Novibet reserves the right to impose minimum and maximum deposit limits, which will be communicated through the Platform's cashier section.

6.2 Own Funds Obligation. You warrant that all funds deposited are from legitimate sources and are legally yours to use. You must not deposit funds derived from any unlawful activity.

6.3 Processing Times. Most deposits are credited to your Account in real time. In exceptional circumstances, processing may take up to twenty-four (24) hours depending on the payment provider. Novibet is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

7.1 Withdrawal Eligibility. Withdrawals may only be requested by verified Account holders who have satisfied all applicable KYC requirements. Withdrawal requests submitted before identity verification is complete will be placed on hold pending verification.

7.2 Withdrawal Method. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for your most recent qualifying deposit wherever technically possible. Where the original method is unavailable, Novibet will make reasonable alternative arrangements in consultation with the Account holder.

7.3 Processing Timeframes. Novibet targets withdrawal processing within one (1) hour for standard requests during normal operating hours. Complex cases, large amounts, or first-time withdrawals may require up to forty-eight (48) hours. We do not guarantee specific processing times and accept no liability for delays caused by banking or payment provider systems.

7.4 Minimum Withdrawal. Minimum withdrawal amounts are as set out in the Platform's cashier section and are subject to change. Withdrawals below the stated minimum may be declined.

7.5 Right to Request Documentation. For withdrawals of significant amounts, or where there is a reasonable basis for further verification, Novibet may request additional supporting documentation before processing the transaction. This is a security measure to protect all parties.

Novibet offers a range of promotions including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, cashback offers, and VIP programme rewards. All promotions are subject to their own specific terms, which are published alongside each promotion. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and this Agreement, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail in relation to that promotion.

8.1 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated, bonus credits and bonus-derived winnings are subject to a wagering requirement before becoming eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier will be clearly specified for each promotion. For example, a bonus with a 20x wagering requirement on a MYR 100 bonus requires MYR 2,000 in qualifying wagers before withdrawal.

8.2 One Bonus at a Time. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, only one bonus may be active in your Account at any given time. Attempting to stack multiple bonuses simultaneously is not permitted.

8.3 Bonus Abuse. Novibet reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or recover any bonus and associated winnings where there is evidence of bonus abuse, exploitation of errors, or any conduct designed to circumvent the intent of our promotional programme. Accounts found engaging in systematic bonus abuse will be permanently closed.

8.4 Bonus Expiry. All bonuses are subject to expiry deadlines. Bonus credits and their associated wagering requirements that remain incomplete at the time of expiry will be removed from the Account without notice.

9.1 General. All bets and gaming activity on the Novibet Platform are governed by the specific rules for each product type (sports betting, live casino, slots, etc.). These rules are available within the relevant sections of the Platform and form part of this Agreement.

9.2 Bet Acceptance. Novibet reserves the right to refuse, limit, or restrict any bet at our sole discretion without being obliged to provide a reason. In particular, we may decline or void any bet that we determine was placed in error, at incorrect odds, or following a significant event outcome.

9.3 Void Bets. Bets may be declared void under circumstances including but not limited to: market abandonment, pricing errors, system malfunction, or where there is reasonable evidence of manipulation. Where a bet is voided, the original stake will be returned to the Account.

9.4 Sports Betting Settlements. Sports bets are settled based on official results as confirmed by the relevant governing body. Settlement of bets on Liga Super Malaysia, EPL, UFC, and other events will be based on the result at the conclusion of normal regulation play unless otherwise specified in the market rules.

9.5 Minimum and Maximum Stakes. Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per bet and per market. These limits are displayed within the betting interface and may vary by sport, market, event, and VIP tier.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Novibet Platform. Any User found engaging in prohibited conduct will be subject to immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and potential referral to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any time thereafter.
• Operating multiple Accounts or assisting others in circumventing the single account policy.
• Using bots, scripts, automated software, or any artificial means to interact with the Platform.
• Attempting to exploit software errors, glitches, or system vulnerabilities for financial gain.
• Engaging in match-fixing, collusion, or any form of corrupt activity in connection with sporting events or casino games.
• Using the Platform to launder money or to process funds derived from unlawful activities.
• Engaging in systematic bonus abuse, including registering multiple accounts to claim welcome bonuses repeatedly.
• Attempting to reverse transactions fraudulently through payment providers (chargeback fraud).
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing Novibet staff or other users through any communication channel.

Novibet is committed to promoting responsible gambling and takes active steps to prevent gambling-related harm. We provide a suite of self-management tools available to all Account holders, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, and self-exclusion.

11.1 Age Restriction. Our Services are available exclusively to persons aged 21 and above. Novibet operates a strict no-tolerance policy towards underage gambling. If you are under 21 years of age, you must not attempt to access or use our Services.

11.2 Self-Exclusion. Any Account holder who wishes to exclude themselves from the Platform may request self-exclusion by contacting our support team. Self-exclusion periods are enforced immediately upon confirmation and cannot be reversed within the chosen exclusion period.

11.3 Deposit and Loss Limits. Account holders may set their own deposit or loss limits at any time through the Account settings. Requests to increase limits are subject to a mandatory cooling-off period before taking effect.

All content, software, trademarks, service marks, logos, graphics, text, game assets, user interface elements, and other materials displayed on the Novibet Platform ("Platform Content") are the exclusive intellectual property of Novibet or our licensed content providers, and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform Content solely for personal, non-commercial use in connection with your use of the Services. This licence does not include any right to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any Platform Content.

Any unauthorised use of Platform Content, including unauthorised scraping, framing, mirroring, or reproduction, is strictly prohibited and may constitute an infringement of our intellectual property rights, giving rise to civil and criminal liability.

13.1 No Warranty. The Novibet Platform and its Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranty of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free from harmful components.

13.2 Exclusion of Indirect Losses. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Novibet shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, punitive, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

13.3 Force Majeure. Novibet shall not be in breach of this Agreement, nor liable for any failure or delay in the performance of our obligations, to the extent that such failure or delay results from events, circumstances, or causes beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, government action, telecommunications failure, or third-party service provider outages.

13.4 Maximum Liability Cap. Where liability cannot be wholly excluded, Novibet's total aggregate liability to any User arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall in no event exceed the total Funds deposited by that User in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

14.1 Termination by User. You may close your Account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding Bonus Credits and unfulfilled wagering requirements) will be refunded to your nominated withdrawal method, subject to KYC verification.

14.2 Termination by Novibet. Novibet reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of this Agreement, fraud, prohibited conduct, chargebacks, identity misrepresentation, or regulatory requirements.

14.3 Effect of Termination. Upon termination of an Account for breach or prohibited conduct, all Funds held in the Account including accumulated winnings may be forfeited at Novibet's sole discretion. Where an Account is closed at a User's request or for administrative reasons unrelated to misconduct, verifiable real-money balances will be returned.

15.1 Governing Law. This Agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it (including non-contractual disputes) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which Novibet is incorporated and licensed.

15.2 Dispute Resolution. In the event of any dispute, you agree to first contact Novibet's customer support team to seek informal resolution. The parties shall use reasonable endeavours to resolve any dispute amicably within thirty (30) days of the dispute being raised.

15.3 Formal Proceedings. If informal resolution is unsuccessful, disputes shall be submitted to arbitration or the competent courts of the relevant jurisdiction. You agree not to bring or participate in any class action or collective proceeding against Novibet.

15.4 Language. This Agreement is written in English and shall be interpreted in accordance with its English text. Any translation provided is for convenience only and shall have no legal effect.
